All products are delivered through reputed and reliable courier service.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 Working days (Sunday considered as holiday) or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms.

We are committed to get your products to you as soon as possible.

There are a few exceptions to this:

• Toric Lenses may take upto 7-10 days to get delivered depending on the complexity of power
• Cooper Vision Toric XR Lenses take approximately 40-50 days to delivery
• Eyeglasses with Prescription Lenses may take upto 1 week to ship out
• Ray Ban orders may take upto 1 week to ship out
• Aryan Toric Lenses may take upto 40 to 50 week to deliver.
• Aryan spherical powers any tone maximum 3 days to get shipped.

Sheth Opticals is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address as given during personal information of the buyer only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

Sheth Opticals is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

• Free Shipping for all Ahmedabad based delivery.
• Domestically Shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be charged if the checkout amount for the product you have purchased is <= 500.

Shethopticals.com delivers items internationally as well. You are welcomed to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world.

A shipping charge of Rs. 800 has to be paid if the delivery address is within USA and Rs 1500 for rest of countries. It might take up to 15 days for shipment to get delivered outside India.

A tracking number would be provided to all customers residing outside India.

Few countries charge customs duty if quantity of contact lenses is higher. Customer is requested to check certain rules and regulations with their countries’ customs department. In event of customs department charging duty, it has to be paid by respective customer. Shethopticals.com will not pay any customs duty.

Shethopticals.com will not accept return parcel if customer has refused to accept it because of customs duty. It would be customer’s liability.

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges than mentioned.

All products are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or visibly damaged, please do not accept it.
